Postage

Postage costs for UK and Northern Ireland are £4.95 for one item and £7.95 for two or more items. Orders over £99 come with free delivery (UK orders only). For orders outside UK (European Union), postage costs are £7.95 for one item, £10 for two or three items, £15 for four or five items, and £20 for six or more items.. International orders will be sent using Royal Mail ‘International Signed For’, this service is also insured and comes with a tracking number which can be used online through www.royalmail.com.

We hope that our new Internet service provides the same value our traditional shop has offered over the last 100 years.

How to Purchase

To purchase an item click more info and then 'add to cart' for the specific option you would like. When you have added your last item to the shopping cart click the 'proceed to checkout' button. If ou have previously registered your details with us then please use your previous login details to log in. Otherwise you must click th eregister button and follow the online instructions. Once you have logged in to the checkout page you will see a button re-directing you to the secpay secure servers. Once you have placed your order you will receive an email detailing the purchases you have made. You will also receive an email when your order has been shipped.

Prices

All prices stated on the website are inclusive of VAT, but exclusive of delivery charges, unless we tell you otherwise. Prices and availability of products may be changed at any time without notice. The price at which you agree to purchase the Products is the price stated on this website at the time you place your order

Delivery

Item(s) ordered before 12noon will be dispatched same day (Monday - Thursday) for next day delivery, depending on availability. Orders after 12noon will be dispatched the following day for next day delivery, except for on a Friday – when orders will be sent on the following Monday, depending on availability. All orders will be sent either 1st Class Royal Mail Recorded, Special Delivery or Parcel Force (depending on weight). For your and our safety all orders are insured (Royal Mail).

Colours

We make every effort to ensure that the images of the products on our website are accurate. However because of differences between monitors the colour you see of the product may not accurately reflect its true colour.
