Returns Policy
All products purchased from The Red House come with a 100% Guarantee. We will refund
or replace if there is any fault and, in most cases, if the customer finds the garment
unsuitable.
Returned goods must be received by us in a sellable condition within 14 days from
the date of despatch.
To return goods, please send them back to our address found in the contact us section.
We advise that you obtain proof of posting as we can’t be held responsible for returned
items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Exchanges - If returning an item for exchange - please contact us before hand and
we will advise what postage cost you will have to include to enable us to send the
items back to you.
Items returned to us for refund where goods are faulty or if the wrong size or product
has been despatched by us, we will give you a full refund.
Items returned to us because the customer ordered the wrong size or for any reason
other than those quoted above, we will give a refund minus postage.
Please note that all goods must be returned in sellable condition in their complete
original packaging with all original labels and tags attached. For hygiene reasons,
underwear cannot be returned (even if they have not been tried on).
